Valet Living is a portfolio company of the private equity group GI Partners and owns MultiPro Property Solutions. MultiPro Property Solutions offers nationwide, comprehensive and hassle-free property services through a single point of contact. With a broad array of offerings, including make-ready services, the company simplifies the execution process, guaranteeing timely and efficient completion of projects.

Issue

When Valet Living was preparing to announce the creation of MultiPro Property Solutions, Osprey Nest was brought in to develop the communications plan for the announcement, including working with the executive team to create talking points for how to speak about the new company to all stakeholders. As all the communications elements were crafted, we ensured the messaging was consistent and all changes were articulated clearly as the documents went through the review process between the legal, HR and executive teams. We also managed the timing of press release distribution in relation to employee communications.

Results

As a result of our work, Valet Living was able to execute a smooth announcement of the new company to all key stakeholders and garner press coverage of the announcement in top tier trade media. Osprey Nest continues to provide communications services to Valet Living.
